I'm a midlife guy who got sick of the weight, the excuses, and the start-over cycles. So I started rucking, lifting, and tracking every rep and mile. This site is my way of staying accountable — and maybe inspiring you to do the same.

Why I Started
I've tried everything — crash diets, cardio streaks, gimmicks. But nothing stuck until I stopped aiming for perfect and started aiming for consistent. Now I ruck. I lift. I log it.
This isn't about six-pack abs. It's about being strong enough for life — physically and mentally. It’s about transformation you can feel, measure, and sustain.
